A man of God sees the opportunity in every difficulty
God can cause opportunity to find you. He has unexpected blessings where you suddenly meet the right person, or suddenly your health improves, or suddenly you're able to pay off your house. That's God shifting things in your favor.
Opportunities? Grab them!
We must individually receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; then we can know and experience God’s love and plan for our lives.
WE MUST RECEIVE CHRIST
“As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name.” (John 1:12)
WE RECEIVE CHRIST THROUGH FAITH
“By grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
When we receive Christ, we experience a new birth.
WE RECEIVE CHRIST BY PERSONAL INVITATION
[Christ speaking] “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if any one hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him.” (Revelation 3:20)
Receiving Christ involves turning to God from self (repentance) and trusting Christ to come into our lives to forgive our sins and to make us what He wants us to be. Just to agree intellectually that Jesus Christ is theSon of God and that He died on the cross for your sins is not enough. Nor is it enough to have an emotional experience. You receive Jesus Christ by faith, as an act of the will.
Because all of us sin and our sin has separated us from God.
WE ARE SINFUL
“All have sinned and fallshort of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
We were created to have fellowship with God, but because of our stubborn self-will, we chose to go our ownway, and our fellowship with God was broken. This self-will, characterized by an attitude of active rebellionor passive indifference, is what the Bible calls sin.
WE ARE SEPARATED
“The wages of sin is death”(Romans 6:23) [spiritual separation from God].
This image illustrates that God is holy and people are sinful. A great gulf separates us. We are continuallytrying to reach God and the abundant life through our own efforts, such as a good life, philosophy, orreligion–but we inevitably fail.

FULL TIME MISSIONARY
New Staff Training (NST) is our 10-month training program whereby we train our full-time missionaries. It is meant to bring about life change as the New Staff walk in the power of theHoly Spirit. The training curriculum is designed to prepare the New Staff to grow in their heart for God and secondly for effectiveness in movement building. Therefore, the New staff participate in the classroom training to shape their attitudes, knowledge and skills; field ministry where the learning is applied, either in a campus/college setting, church ministry, digital space oramong the leaders, and they meet regularly with their Coach, for modelling the ministry, encouragement and giving/receiving feedback
The classes are conducted at our offices at 15 Dorset Road East, but the field experience spreadout from universities and colleges in Harare, Masvingo, Mutare, Bulawayo, Gweru, Chinhoyi, toChurch Partnerships and missions’ exposure.
LIFE Ministry Zimbabwe is looking forward to building 100,000 Multiplying Disciples by the year 2020. We believe that these New Staff together with a network of volunteers and partners will contribute greatly to the achievement of this goal. They will also grow into leaders, who impact our society and become a blessing to the church locally and beyond our borders.
LIFE Ministry Internship is a one year exposure opportunity for those who sense God’s call to them to be involved in Missionary and ministry. It is open to everyone provided they are born again Christians, have a tertiary education level certificate, and have a clear calling to do ministry. In this one year they get exposed to training, ongoing coaching, and field ministry in.
In addition to these, each Intern has the privilege to raise their own support just like all the staff of Life Ministry Zimbabwe. To be successful, each intern is given extensive training as part of their orientation, on the process of developing a team of ministry partners who support them financially and pray for them
